She is so excited to have been elected as President of the BluesTones this year. She is so grateful that the group has trusted her to lead them and has already had so much fun in her role! She also is a member of the SMAD club on campus and serves as the vice president this year! Some other things she loves to do outside of BluesTones is photography and going to concerts. She is so excited to see what this year holds for BT and loves that she gets to experience it all with her best friends! <3 |

She has been singing her whole life and having the chance to musically lead this group means so much to her. When not singing with the BluesTones, you can find Olivia working on new music she has written and produced on her own, watching Gilmore Girls or Friends, or spending time outside of rehearsals with her “newb class” constantly. |

She is one of the Culture Editors for JMU’s newspaper, The Breeze, and she is also an Honors College Ambassador. She loves her dogs, vintage things, and nature. A fun fact about her is that she plays guitar and wood-burns. |

BUSINESS MANAGER & TREASURER CLASS of 2026 PRONOUNS: She/Her/Hers HOMETOWN: Manassas, VA MAJOR: English CONCENTRATION: Creative Writing MINORS: Secondary Education and Honors VOICE PART: Alto YOU'VE HEARD HER SING: "Mad At You", "Traumatized", and "If You're Hurting" FAVORITE BT SONG: "Destiny's Medley" ABOUT ME: Sara feels so lucky to be able to serve as Business Manager and Treasurer for such an amazing group! She has always loved music and having the chance to sing with such talented girls brings her so much joy. Outside of BT, she uses her voice to serve on Cru’s worship team and as a worship leader at her church back home. She is also a part of Club Gymnastics at JMU and she loves to read and write anything from poetry, to short stories, to songs. |

Music and performing has been a passion of hers her whole life and is so lucky to be able to call BT home. She is constantly amazed by the talent and passion of her fellow BluesTones, and is endlessly grateful for the opportunity to share their voices with the world. Alexia is a member of Alpha Psi Omega, a theatre honor society at JMU. When she is not singing, you can probably find her hanging out with her friends, working on shows, or playing with her kitten, Obi. |

She serves as the group’s social chair and absolutely loves JMU’s diverse and talented a cappella community. Kylene has always loved singing and music, and enjoys attending concerts in her free time! She feels so blessed to be a part of such a powerful group of beautiful singers and considers BT to be her favorite part of JMU! Outside of BluesTones, Kylene is a part of CCM and serves as an ethical reasoning peer educator. |

She loves being able to share her passion for singing and performing with her talented group of friends. Outside of BT, Cait is also a member of the Italian Club where she serves as the Secretary. If she’s not on campus, you can probably find Cait reading, watching a Marvel movie, or hanging out with her roommates! |

This is her second semester in BT, and a cappella is one of her favorite things in the world! She currently serves as the group’s assistant music director; and she also is a young life leader! She loves making music, especially when it’s in BT's special sisterhood! |

Coming to college she wanted to still be able to sing and connect with other people who also were interested in singing. When she found BT, she knew it would be a perfect fit. She is constantly amazed by the strength, kindness, and talent that each member of the group has. Anna has served as Assistant Music Director and Music Director of the BluesTones, and she is honored to have led such extraordinary musicians and people. Outside of rehearsal, Anna’s passions include crafting, curating Pinterest boards, pursuing her degree in Psychology, and working towards her lifelong dream of learning Spanish! Anna is so thankful for how these incredible people have kept the gift of music in her life, and she is proud to be part of such a beautiful legacy of sisterhood! |

At JMU, she is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and SMAD Club. She is an independent artist, and has released 6 songs on Spotify, Apple Music, and all other streaming platforms! She loves being a part of the JMU BluesTones, and cannot wait to see how this group grows over the next few years. |
